1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using burngoodfirewood.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Product Description & Measurements
We strive for accuracy, but firewood is a natural product.

• Measurement: Firewood is sold by the standard cord (128 cubic feet) or specified fractions thereof.

• Quality: While we aim for seasoned wood, moisture content can vary. All wood is sold "As Is" unless a specific guarantee is provided in writing at the time of sale.

3. Delivery & Stacking

• Access: Customers must provide clear, safe access for delivery vehicles. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or underground utilities if you direct our vehicles off a paved surface.

• Risk of Loss: Responsibility for the wood passes to you upon delivery to your property.

4. Chimney Services
If you book a chimney cleaning or inspection, you agree to provide a safe working environment. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed hazardous.

5. Payments & Cancellations

• Payment: All orders must be paid in full [at the time of order/upon delivery].

• Cancellations: Orders cancelled within48 hours of scheduled delivery may be subject to a restocking fee.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burn Good Firewood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to property damage or personal injury resulting from the use of firewood or chimney services.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Contra Costa County.
